The Client

South House is a restaurant where both younger and older generation could enjoy. South House anticipated introducing something that had never been done before in Pune city, fusing South Indian cuisine with a North Indian twist.

The Challenge

The restaurant building was excellent with modern look but there were fewer footfalls in the restaurant. We were given task to create position in the market for the brand South House as a “South Indian Fusion Cuisine” and create awareness and increase the footfalls

The Approach

There was an urgent need of awareness in the market about this new restaurant in Pune city. We wanted some reason to penetrate in the market and increase footfalls for South House.

The Solution

Since there was no online presence of South House we created Facebook and Instagram page for promotion. We knew that we were close to Valentine’s Day and decide to have a small event and a one day offer on Valentine’s Day only for couples.

  2. Candle Light Dinner with live music performance

Online Activities

  1. Ran a paid awareness campaign on Facebook & Instagram

  2. Targeted Couples only by bifurcating user on the basis of their Relationship status on Facebook.

The Result

  1. Campaign Reached 97,868 number of people and got 150 customers on the Valentine’s Day evening.

  2. There was a waiting period of 1 Hour after 9:00PM and we had to shut down the campaign to stop the entries.

  3. Our client was happy and we were happy too!
